Our Activity Process

Project planning

Your requests are received by phone, e-mail or other communication means. In line with these requests, the digital drawings you send to us are examined and the product you want to use (PTFE, PA, POM, PE, Plexiglass) is prepared, your approval is received and transferred to the production department.

Production

Depending on your drawings, the raw material from which the product will be obtained (PTFE rod, PTFE plate, kestamid plate, acrylic glass, etc.) is selected. The selected raw material is taken to the milling or turning process and the complete product is obtained with millimetric calculations.

Quality control

The product obtained after processing is compared with the drawing and checked to be exactly the same. It is then passed through strength and durability tests to see that it meets the need. The product, which completes the necessary quality checks, is prepared for transfer.

Delivery

Your product, which has successfully passed the quality control, is prepared meticulously, checked for any missing/wrong/faulty items, packaged by taking the necessary precautions to prevent damage during transfer, and set out to reach you as soon as possible.

Types of Engineering Plastics

In general, engineering plastics are divided into three main categories. Standard Engineering Plastics, Engineering Plastics and Advanced Engineering Plastics. One of the most well-known engineering plastics in Turkey is polyamide (PA) and the other is PE Polyethylene. While there are PA 6, PA 66, PA 11, PA 12 among the polyamide types, PE 1000 is the most preferred in Polyethylene. Polyoxymethylene (POM), a semi-crystalline thermoplastic, is also a widely used engineering plastic. Diversification of these plastics is based on properties such as strength, lubricity, conductivity, resistance, water absorption rate and abrasion resistance.
