Fenolik Fiber Levha-Eng

Phenolic fiber sheet is a durable material, also known as phenol fiber, which is impregnated with resins, heated in presses and manufactured. Fiberboard has high heat resistance. Fiberboard, which has a very low coefficient of friction, is a cotton-based product and is much more durable than paper-based products. It has a wide usage area. It is used extensively especially in the textile industry. Fiberboard is also used in automotive and heavy industry machinery manufacturing, bearings, pads and gear groups.

Martan Plastik, which sells phenolic fiber board products wholesale and retail, has the infrastructure and equipment to provide you with the exact product you want with milling, turning and other processing operations.

This material is used in electrical equipment, aerospace industry, structural parts and component insulation, engines and electrical devices.

How to Obtain Phenolic Fiber Board

It is a fiber thermoset product and is obtained by combining layers of cotton cloth with a phenol-based resin and pressing the resulting sheets on top of each other. The thickness is determined by adding sheets until the desired thickness is reached. In addition, more advanced product properties can be obtained with additives such as graphite, silicone, glass fiber and Teflon® added to the resin upon order.

The mechanical strength of cotton-based products is higher than paper-based products. The color of Phenolic NEMA V and CE types, weathered with canvas cotton fabric, is in light normal brown tones. Phenolic resins are among the oldest and best-known general use thermosetting resins.
