PTFE alloyed Teflon products are used to obtain high-level durable plastics. While products with much higher friction resistance are obtained with the carbon alloy of PTFE, electrical conductivity is also increased. A carbon ratio of 25%-40% is generally used. Bronze alloyed Teflon is mostly used to increase the durability of the product under load. Since the specific gravity of bronze is heavy, the weight of the product increases after alloying and it becomes harder. The conductivity of bronze alloyed Teflon decreases. Bronze is generally used at a rate of 40%-60% in bronze alloys.
Another PTFE alloyed Teflon is glass fiber-added PTFE. The purpose of glass fiber-alloyed PTFE is to increase the thermal resistance of PTFE. Glass fiber-alloyed PTFE is generally obtained with a glass fiber content of 15%-30%.
While Martan Plastik provides the supply and procurement of all alloyed PTFE teflon product variations obtained with the contribution of products such as carbon, bronze, glass fiber and mos, it also processes these products in-house, adhering to the existing drawings you send us.
